Fries are usually eaten with ketchup, vinegar, tomato sauce and mayonnaise. They are also really salted. There are a few variations to fries, like carne asada fries. They are from Southwestern United States. Fries are covered with carne asada, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. In the United Kingdom, there are cheese fries. In Chile, there is a dish called chorrillan, wich consists in a plate of fries topped with slices of meat, sausages, fried eggs and fried onions. It is a dish to share because of its large size.
