To begin, here's a  few basic facts about Mongolia: -Mongolia is  bordered by  Russia  at the north  and by  China in  the  south.  -Around of  30% of the population  has a semi-nomadic or nomadic way  of life. Horses are important  in  their daily life because of this. -Mongolia is the most  sparsely  populated country in the world, with a population  of  only 3  million  people for an  area of 1,566,000 km2. -In fact, there  is approximately 2 people per km2. -Ulaanbaatar is the  largest  cityand the capital of this wonderful country. -Most people are Buddhists. -Mongol Empire  was the largest empire of all  times.  In southern Mongolia,  there is  the  Gobi Desert. It is the largest  desert  in Asia. This desert is special,  because there a lot of dinosaur fossils. Gobi means waterless place in  Mongolian language. Spuds don't have a good reputation. They are often misunderstood. Potatoes are mocked and people think they are ridicule. People think that spuds ugly and tasteless vegetables. But it's not true. Potatoes are suffering from stigmatization. They have feelings too. We should have more respect for them. Spuds should have the right to vote. A potato would be a great political leader. Spuds deserve equal rights. I hope than in a few years, they will have more rights and freedom. When someone says that he doesn't like spuds, it makes a potato very sad. They are sad because of the stigmatization. Spuds have always been kind to us but we are mean to them. We should be more grateful.

It can seem surprising, but spuds were the first vegetable to grow in space. It's totally amazing! Fries are usually eaten with ketchup, vinegar, tomato sauce and mayonnaise. They are also really salted. There are a few variations to fries, like carne asada fries. They are from Southwestern United States. Fries are covered with carne asada, cheese, guacamole and sour cream. In the United Kingdom, there are cheese fries. In Chile, there is a dish called chorrillan, wich consists in a plate of fries topped with slices of meat, sausages, fried eggs and fried onions. It is a dish to share because of its large size. This incredible potato was grown by Peter Glazebrook, an amateur gardener. It weighs 3.76 kg. The spud was put on show during Friday at the National Gardening Show in Shepton Mallet, Somerset in United Kingdom. Peter Glazebrook has already held the world record for thelongest carrot, with a17-foot long carrot. He was also the double Guinness World Record holder for the heaviest parsnip (13 lb) and the longest beetroot at 21 ft. He says that the secret of success is starting with the right seed. Poutine is a popular dish where I live, in the Canadian province of Quebec. It comes from the Centre-du-Québec area and emerged in the 1950s.  Several restaurants from this area claim to be the inventor of this wonderful dish, like Le Roy Jucep in Drummondville, La petite vache in Princeville and also Le lutin qui rit in Warwick but nobody knows the truth about this serious question.  Poutine is made with French fries and cheese topped with a brown gravy, but there is a lot of regional variations. A lot of people, like me, appreciate this dish. Poutine is a symbol of Quebec's culture. It can be eaten as a main course or as a side dish. Originally, poutine was eaten in casse-croûtes, a "greasy spoon" type dinners in the province of Quebec. It can also be eaten hockey arena, a popular sport in Canada. Because of its popularity, poutine can be found in almost every restaurant. In the northern border regions of the United States, there is also poutine. One year ago, dur
