To continue, the fiber in the potato  helps  to  lower  the cholesterol  in the blood.  Because of that,  eating these vegetables  decrease  the risk  of having an heart disease. The potatoes help  to  reduce  constipation and inflammation. They are also really good for the blood pressure, bone health, immunity, metabolism, skin and can prevent  some types of cancer.
